Before returning any of our products, we encourage all of our customers to email us with any concerns at customersupport@lovemyminimax.com or call one of our trained customer support staff toll free at 1-888-764-3700, to answer any questions or help you with any challenges you may have. If at that time you are still unsatisfied, simply clean and replace the complete system with all parts, accessories, manuals, DVD and solutions in the original Mini-Max boxes and ship to our corporate office. Please allow four weeks upon receipt and inspection of system to be fully refunded.

*This 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to the Mini-Max customers who have purchased a unit factory direct or through this website. It does not apply to retail customer purchases from independent authorized distributors. Once our Return Dept representative reviews this particular return and sees that an approved credit is justified we will credit you back for those particular items within 15 days of approval minus a 5% restocking fee.

Authorized Distributors have 10 days from the day you received the order to return any part of their of their order. The distributor is responsible for all related shipping charges back to the Mini-Max corporate office and should be Attn: "Return Dept." These items must be un-used, undamaged and complete. Once our Return Dept representative reviews this particular return and sees that an approved credit is justified we will credit you back for those particular items within 15 days of approval minus a 5% restocking fee.
